Tasting at CBJ, thanks to Wingman. A mild haze on this berry colour beer, small and short lived pale pink head. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Tart berry fruits, a little sherbet, touch of gueuzey bite. Light semi dry finish. Alright.

750mL bottle, pours a clear ros with a small white head. Aroma is lightly jammy, with faint tart blackberries, a touch of oak, and subtle bugs. Flavour is full of enamel-stripping acidity, subtle berry, and more acid. Just a massive acid bomb. Not good at all — how can be people like this?

750ml bottle. 2018 vintage. Tart and funky with some sourness, blackberry juice and oaky woodiness. Surprisingly smooth for a Casey

MAGNUM shared during the Referend 3rd anniversary party. Big cheers to drsandman! Pours clear orange-pink with a creamy, white head. Has some orangey tartness, citrus candies, moderate acidity. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Tart blackberry finish, some citric bite, lemon, tangerine, a little oak, mellow funk. Quite sound.

Batch 3 Chester. 08/31/18. Thanks Jose G. Great tart blackberries. Has a beautiful nearly tannic funky nose, like we're two yards away from wine, blackberry juice, and a tight finish.
