Keg at BD Bingoham, 02/08/19. Hazed orange amber with an off white head. Nose is bitter orange, grapefruit, toasted malts, light pine, mango. Taste comprises orange, pine, ripe melon, grapefruit, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with lightly aggressive hop bitterness. Ok old skool leaning DIPA ... Drinkable but not setting my beer world alight !

Can from BrewDog. It pours hazy golden - orange with a decent foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, nice pine character, sticky, resin, lemon peel, grapefruit, green, weedy and light sherbet. The taste crisp, dry, plenty of fresh hoppage, hop sting, pine needles, resin, sticky, floral, green, dank, lemon peel, grapefruit, touch of underlying sweetness and nips of alcohol with a drying, green finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fresh, green and piney. I rather like it. Flavour profile is more heady topper than the more recent sweet/juicy NEIPA styles. Dangerously drinkable.

16 ounce can. Hazy orange gold color. Frothy beige head. Citrus hop nose.smooth bready malt flavor. Tropical fruit flavors upfront. Kiwi. Lime, pineapple and mango. Midtaste brings notes of resiny pine and sweet grapefruit. Nice balance and flavor. Juicy and drinkable. The 8.1% ABV is well hidden.

Can, from Nikki's @ Providence, RI. Pours hazy dark orange with large foamy off-white head, piney aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter piney taste with resin flavor, somewhat thick body, long bitter piney finish. Classical American IPA.

Can with thanks to Pedro. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a decent head and aromas of lemon and cat pee with a touch of honey. Flavor is much sweeter than expected and the hops take a back seat to the malt through much of the ride across the palate. It's kind of a honey sweetness... not chewy grain, but rather a sugary presence. Kind of odd and it interferes with the citrus edge to the hops. Decent beer, I guess, but not in my top beers of 2018.

On tap at Julian's, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy hops, with light pine and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with earthy hops and biscuity malt. A bit musty and not with the hop clarity I'd really like. It's alright.

A hazed golden DIPA with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous herbaceous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, alcohol warmth, very nice and classic.

Enjoyed in Vermont in October 2016, visiting friends. Pours a hazy golden colour with a warm creamy-foamy head, long lasting and lots of lacing. Herbal aromas with lots of oranges. Again, herbal tasting with the orange notes. Not too bitter, but a nice dryness, all well-balanced by the fruitiness. So easy to drink. Quite a nice DIPA.

A surprise beer bought by my dad. Slightly hazy light golden color. Earthy pine and light citrus and tropical fuits on the nose and in the flavor. Pretty damn tasty beer.
