Poured from can thanks AdamChandler copper color with a nice one finger head. Aromas of dank citrus pineapple mango and hops. Taste is juicy with a nice balanced resin finish.

Tap. Blackback Pub, Waterbury, VT. Clear, light amber. Film of white head. Sweet, toasty, buttery malts. Quite resinous. Pine needle. A bit dank, overall. Taste is chewy and sweet, turning resinous bitter. Palate doesn’t quite match up. Long bitter finish.

Lots of citrus, pine and a hint of booze. Pours dark golden with ok head. Bitter finish with some tang. Good stuff. Tap at Lord Hobo.

16oz can pours a hazy orange with some lacing, white head. Nose is big with pine and herbs, soap, honey comb, grass, heavy pine though. Flavor is pithy, sweet with malt and honey, grass, rosemary, orange, grapefruit. Full bodied, sticky finish.

Can shared. Pours cloudy orange with a white head. Aroma of citrus, peach, light tropical fruits and light orange peel. Flavor is light to light moderate sweet and over moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Can dated 05/27/2015.
This was poured into a snifter.
The appearance was a hazyburnt orange color with a nice transparency about it. Soft carbonation rises at a slow pace. A one finger white foamy head dissipated within about thirty seconds leaving some concave lacing.
The smell starts off with a sharp resinous to bitter pine with an underscoreof citrus.
The taste was mainly bittersweet involving the pine and resinous behavior to combine with the citrus. The aftertaste was bitter hop oils leading into a semi-wet piney finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionable sticky resinous feel surrounding it. Carbonation runs fairly light, smooth and oily slick.
Overall, this was a wonderful DIPA that I would love to have again.
