Towering, whipped eggwhite head over pale yellow-golden beer. Chamomille, spicy nose, bit peppery, lemonrind, wild yeast. Peppery, spicy flavour, again something vaguely lemony. Good carbonation, spritzy, well-bodied, slight hopoil slickness, despite the acids. Good wild ale, but not really exceptional.

750 ml bottle, love the label. Pours a golden color with a large white head. A funky bready nose. Funky citrus, lemon zest, soft bready brett. Solid.

Bottle from Toby. Bright golden, with small foamy head. Aroma is grainy, and then some hops. Taste brings a small amount of pucker, pretty manageable. Well balanced, and extremely drinkable.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is driven by the Brett and dry hopping. Some pear, stone fruit, pineapple and guava with citrus and a light dank, grassy note. Medium light earthy phenolics with moderate peppery notes. Pours a hazy, yet bright, golden color with a large, pillowy, frothy, white head that exhibits good retention as it recedes to a thin film that lingers. Moderately high lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a dry, Bretty finish. Light grain notes upfront. Some musty, earthy phenolic notes. Light citrus, stone fruit, pineapple and tropical fruit notes. A bit of a grassy, dank note. Faint acidity. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright beer but not an amazing one. It definitely has that Russian River Brett note to it in full form. Dry hopping is a bit light. I like the Brett notes, but wish they were fruitier and I wish the dry hopping was stronger.
