Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep brown with amber chinks. Creamy tan head. Nose - toffee and cakey with hints of redcurrant and strawberry. Taste - chewy, spice cake and toffee. Red and orange fruit. Palate - medium bodied, creamy and with a spicy edge. Decent linger. Overall - great example of how the style can work.
