Bottle, thanks Raul. Aroma is little spicy, fruity, booze, caramel. Taste is nice. Caramel, bit of fruit, cherry, sweet and malty, only hint of the coffee. Interesting.

Tap @ De Molen. Amber color with a red haze. Gummi bears in the malty aroma. Malty sweet flavor with candied fruit and a nutty bitterness. Hops only noticeable in the aftertaste.

21.10. 2016, tap @ What’s Brewing:
Small slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry grassy, weeds, fresh wood, sap, grass, oak, grain, bourbon, unripe banana, minerals, burnt sugar. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, bark, grass, oak, booze, harsh grass, fresh wood, minerals, hay, paper. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry and harsh mouthfeel. Not really my cup of tea.

Dark amber pour, hazy, with a nice tall head with medium retention, that gives way to a thick lacing. Smells like caramel, liquorice, honey and malted barley. The alcohol is also present in the nose. The taste is malty, honey sweet with a herbal bitterness behind it. Notes of honey, spices, malted barley, cognac and alcohol. A bit too much alcohol, really, despite the low temperature at which I am tasting the beer.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Clear dark amber color, small beige head. Smell and taste malts, lightly caramel, leaves, quite some overripe fruit in there as well but not in a way I like, a bit earthy malt bitter. Too heavy leaning on the malts imo. Average body, firm carbonation. Rating: 6-3-6-3-10=2.8. -- Note: another try November 25th 2016 from tap at De Molen it was much nicer. Updated the scores.
