A Bavarian unfiltered Wheat beer with a naturally cloudy color and beautiful white foam.
A tangy and fruity taste with a typical, highly-fermented note of slight banana, licorice and honey, a rich body and a sweet and long finish. The St. Michaelsberg Wheat Beer is a fresh thirst-quencher perfect for a warm summer day or as an alternative to our pilsener.

Canned. Cloudy golden, creamy head. Banana, bread and bubblegum dominates. Sweet and fruity with medium body. Highly phenolic with low bitterness. The sweetness reduces the drinkability somewhat.

Can. An unclear, golden-orange beer topped by a dense, finger-thick white head leaving lacings. Banana, cloves and some herbal notes in the aroma, wet cardboard too. Grains. The flavor is orangey, grainy and lighlty bitter with a solid dose of banana, and also some cloves. Medium body, dry, with pleasant carbonation. A quite boring one, but drinkable. 130309

Can. Pours cloudy golden with thick, stable white head. Clear aroma of hop and grain. A little watery, hoppy and grainy taste. Not had. Quite ok, actually.

Can 50 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a creamy white head. Bananaish, yeasty aroma with some butter and cardboard lurking underneath. Medium body, very soft mouthfeel, yeast, fruit and again these cardboard accents. Slightly tart. Rather poor - clearly a discount Hefe. 140812
