Can from Tavour. Pours pretty dark brown with a transient, creamy tan head. Aroma of prunus fruits with a whiskey note. Approaching full bodied. Flavor is dark prunus fruits with notes of bourbon and wood. Half-way to dry. Moderately bitter. Good flavor.

Huge cream-tan head, stable, over fully hazy brown beer. Cheesy hops, faintly lactic acid, fruity. Wood, lactic acid, chocolate (mainly bitter), pinewood. Metallic finish and aftertaste. Fruity, esters. Astringent, well-bodied, alcoholwarming. Promises a bit more than it delivers. Belgian? Not really. Txs to Bart from the Struise shop!
