28/XII/16 - 33cl bottle, as "Hosternokke Blond" @ home - BB: 12/I/17 (2016-1504) Thank to Arno for the bottle!

Cloudy orange to amber beer, big creamy off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, oxidised, honey, caramel, some banana. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit yeasty, pretty bitter, spicy, bit sweet, some coriander. Aftertaste: some orange peel, malty, some caramel, little sourish, bitter finish.

Huge, dense, snowwhite head, quite stable and lacey, over hazy yellow beer with Grünstich. End of bottle solid yeast. Grainy-malty-diary, milky nose; bit mineral and faintly spicy. Dry-bitterish flavour, bitterhops, wheat (if markedly little wheatsour). Again finish has something sweetish-milky, lactose? Warming up, some human sweat. Dryish feel despite a sweeter finish. Wheatslick, well-carbonated, light to medium bodied. Average, rather than hosternokke. My Zeeland muse won’t even pronounce that.

33cl Bottle, thanks Harmen! Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of sweet floral malts, light spicy, curaçao and coriander. Flavour is likewise, some sweet lemon as well, nice bitterness, soft floral sweetness. Light to medium bodied. Quite nice actually.

Unclear medium golden colour with some yeast particles when fully poured cloudy with a lot of particles, good frothy white head, half-way lasting, heavy lacing. Fruity aroma, malt, yeast, candy sugar, apricot, citrus. Taste medium bitter and light sweet, citrusy, medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, dry bitter aftertaste, herbal notes, not bad.
