Good white head over near-clear golden beer. Spicy, yeasty nose, herbal, citrus, coriander. Coriander, fake citrus, spicy. Titillating MF, fizzy. Light body. Long coriander aftertaste. Umpteenth corianderwit. And not even the best.

On tap at Hopfenstark Ho.st. A fairly clear straw gold with a thick white head. Very fruity coriander and orange zest aroma - classic witbier. Med-light bodied and fairly smooth. This is a classic straight up witbier. No more no less.

Decent wit. Pours pale blonde, not much head or lacing. Slightly sour. Soft carbonation. Light overall, well-balanced but not super exciting. Just an average witbier. Tap at Vices et Versa.

On tap at Vice et Versa, pours hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose is wheaty, with soft coriander and citrus. Flavour is much the same, with a timid wheatiness and a touch of citrus. Nothing special.

(printemps 2007)

Bottle: Poured a cloudy beige color ale with a small bubble head with minimal retention and no lacing. Aroma consists of coriander and wheat malt with some dry notes. Taste is also dominated by loads of coriander with a lightly sour and dry aftertaste. Body is quite full with limited filtration with some low carbonation. Interesting and different take on the style but additional carbonation would have been welcomed.

A golden wit with a thin white creamy head. A very fruity aroma, more berries than bananas. In mouth, a very berry sourish wit, original and racey, citurs notes. Lighter bodied. Overall, a good starter. On tap at Brewpub, Apri 2008.
