Small to medium, very dense off-white head, fed by lively carbonated hazy orange-ochre beer. Smoked, lightly smoked & cured ham, hamrind; lightly sourish, sourmash. Appetizing! Excellent balance in taste; smoked-sourish, bit lactic, in a light, refreshing beer. Like it! Finish seems to have some wheat and bananaester, but quite restrained; not sweet, but fresh. Light body, refreshing, bit creamy despite the carbonation. Really nice one, thanks, Honza!

Draught at Zlý Casy, Prague. Hazy golden, small airy head. Mild banana aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and spritzy mouthfeel. Light salami style smokiness with notes of bacon, slight banana flavour. Rather subtle in fact. Nicely drinkable. I wonder if this is how the old Grodziskie beer tasted?
