Good white head over deep-golden beer. Nice, slightly lactic nose with some flowery aromas. Thick MF, again lactic flavour, slightly bready; something green as fresh spinach. Carbonated, near-medium bodied, quite slick. Aftertaste has some almondy flavour, and slight oxydation. Not bad overall, in fact. Thanks to Stef!

[Bottled, Made for La Petite Brasserie Ardennaise at de Proef, 6%] Hazy golden, lively head. Pineapple aroma. Sweet, soft and fruity. Dominated by pineapple with spun sugar lurking behind. Fairly well balanced and truly enjoyable.
