Cask B.C.H.; golden, clear beer. UK hops, the best, discreet but refined, if not very assertive. A bit musty taste, old hops flavour, strangely, but not oxydized. But worse, thereโ€™s nowt after that... Aptly light. Not very special Bitter.

Cask conditioned, gravity at Battersea Beer Festival 2006. Copper/golden with bubbly white head. Citrusy bitter. Herby/ginger hop. Malt is a little thin but the spicey hop finish is nice. Anyone fancy having a sip from my Belvoir?
