Er is enkel Bio Karamel mout 120 gebruikt als kleurmout. Het bier valt verder moeilijk te classificeren; geen tripel maar ook geen amber.
Single hop Mt Hood. Het 120 minuten continu toevoegen van deze Amerikaanse hop met Duitse roots draagt bij aan het exclusieve karakter van dit bier. Een milde bloemige, kruidige hop met een snufje bos.

Bottled@HBF2014. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is hops, grains, a bit sour wood along with some mild spices as well. Flavour is very similar, with the herbal and grassy spiciness kicking in very strongly to it. Still not convinced by Mt. Hood.

Aroma has some fruity orange syrup. Taste is quite thick and rich feeling. Sticky, fruity, sweet and bitter.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes orangegoldenes Bier mit schöner großen Schaumkrone. Geruch fruchtig, erfrischend, leicht hopfig. Geschmack fruchtig hopfig, malzig, leicht bitter, interessant!

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Totally hazy dark orange to reddish color, medium sized fair lacing white head. Smell and taste hops, malts. Taste malts, hops, bitterness, lightly floral. Well this is not an abbey tripel if you ask me. A very hoppy amber ale is more suitable. Medium body and carbonation.

Bottle @ benzai shared by benzai. Hazy orange with a medium sized white head. Smells malty, sweet, some alcohol, hops, fresh. Tastes some hops, fresh, sweetish. Not a triple, more like an apa. Thin body, soft carbo, nice.

33cl bottle. Amber color, thin white head. Woody, nutty and fruity hoppy aroma. Flavor is nicer, grapefruit, wood, malt and yeast. Bitter finish. Not very tasty.

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Pours cloudy orange brown with an off white head. Aroma of grassy hops, cat pee, weeds and sweet malt. Flavour is moderate sweet And over moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

@Lentebierfestival 2014 Leeuwarden, waarbij het bier te boek stond als een 7.5% tripel. amber ogend met witte kraag. Het aroma valt een beetje tegen, wel beetje hoppig. Smaken zijn citrus, den, vrij hoppig en daarbij ook de horende hopbitterheid, matig zoet, krijg een beetje het gevoel in een dennenbos te lopen :) afdronk is vrij bitter en vrij lang.
