Bottle shared with and courtesy of a small family of field mice behind Deanso’s sofa, big thanks! Very hazy orange with an off white head. Aroma of big cellar funk, cheesy, light horseblanket, gooseberry, light woody and a little rubber with lactic notes at the end. Flavour is above lightbsweet and above moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Taster at Toon van den Broek masterclass. Hazy light orange with barely any head. Leaves, bitter almonds and twigs, slight lactic, gooseberries. Quite sour with again a leafy bitterness. Quite in your face sourness overall, still drinkable though. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle via trade, shared at Bruce’s. It pours clear gold with a thick white head. The nose is soft, doughy, musty, damp wood, funk, white grape skin and Granny Smith apple. The taste is smooth, crisp, tart, creamy aspect, pithy orange, sherbet, some acidity, lime, good mouth-pucker, orange rind and Granny Smith apple with a dry finish. Medium body and foamy carbonation. Balance and quaffable. Another good one from these guys.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Paul. Pours hazy gold with a creamy white head. The aroma holds a bit sharp citrus, sweat, slight vinegar, grass. Light-medium sweet flavor with some oily grass, tart lemon, assertive acidity, wood. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Nicely balanced on the finish with some rindy citrus, lemony acidity, grassy bitterness, soft funk. Solid.
