Must have got an old bottle b/c alcohol is listed at 8%. Pour is a cloudy orange with no head. Aroma is at first lots of spice but some citrus fruit follows. Flavor is nice with some spice and candi sugar. Finish has some grain and wheat. A pretty tasty beer and a 8% wheat ale can work.

2008 bottle at 10% thanks to bu11zeye. Pours a hazy yellowish orange with a white head. Decent lacing. Aroma of tobbaco, orange, cream, alcohol, clove and kumquats. Taste is strongly clove and spice (overpowering) with alcohol, orange and tangerines. Lightly carbonated.

330 ml bottle (8%ABV) from John’s Marketplace in Portland, Oregan. Classier label than the 2008. Pours a light coppery color with a decent off-white head that didn’t last long. Light aromas of paler fruits. Medium body with somewhat fizzy carbonation. Flavor is somewhat roasted caramel (and this is a wheat), with a little heat, and some fruity bitter. Rather clean and refreshing. Tasty. Glad I had it. I’d do it again.

750ml bottle - hazy orange, fizzy beer, with a small, foamy head - very strong banana, orange, clove, honey and apple in the aroma, with the requisite phenolic character and potent wheaty tang - the flavor is quite similar, but with a much higher bitterness (and lower sweetness) than the aroma suggests - spicy, almost peppery hops couple with the more typical wheat beer flavors that the aroma lets you know are coming, lending a flowery, rustic, nearly saison-ish character to the beer - the alcohol is fairly apparent, but it never burns - strong wheat in the finish, and lingering hop bitterness - she’s a decent beer.

12oz bottle. Hazy orange-tan color. Lemony banana aroma. The body is rich and full. Surprisingly creamy. Displays some nice wheat notes with a crisp and sweet hoppy finish. Finish is smooth and drinkable not unlike other Quebecois beers. Well worth a try.

Courtesy of Degarth. Pours with a faint haze with gold body and thin white head. The aroma is unexpectedly tropical with guava, peach, plantains and cantaloupe. I also get wheated and sweet malts. The taste enters with a welcome thickness and mild slurry-ness bringing up malt sweetness, some wheated malts, honey sweetness and a ribbon of tartness. Then midway a medley of fruitiness moves in with peaches, apricot, a hint of banana and cantaloupe.

Nice hazy golden coloured body with strong orange tints and a nice frothy white head. Aroma of strong yeast, wheat, coriander seed, hops, apricots and bananas - very nice smell! Medium-bodied; Potent wheat & yeast up front with alcoholic tastes and some fruity flavours following soon behind. Aftertaste is bittered from the hops and yeast, with some slightly metallic twangs at the tail end. Overall, a nice summer wheat - definitely looks and smells nice, and is much lighter than you’d expect from the style! I enjoyed this one and wish I could get more from this brewer around Washington. I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased from West Lakeview Liquors in Chicago, Illinois on 18-January-2008.

Pours orange/amber into a shaker. Fluffy white head quickly recedes to skim surface leaving little/no lacing. Orange and wheat aromas. Thick with orange from front to back and a tingly sour finish.

I’m happy these guys are finally in Minnesota. A great beer and a weizenbock is always a treat. Sweet and wheaty aroma. Gold and clear colored, not much to say about the appearance. Nice white head anyway. Sweet malt flavor, more sweet wheat with some clove and light spice. Some hops; enough that you know they are there. Comparable to Hopfen, but not as as heavily hopped as that beer.
