On tap at Elysian Tangletown, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light grass, straw and cereal malt. Flavour is dry and crisp, with crackery malt, straw and some grassy hoppiness on the finish. Clean and nicely made, but nothing special.

Draft pour pint at the fields location. Pours a darker copper color with a patchy foam cream head. Nearly absent grain aroma. Flavor is light and crisp as expected, but not a lot of flavor going on. A slightly offputting grain finish. Could be a while lot worse, but just more not my kind of beer. Drinkable for sure.

Tap at Tangletown location - not really.pils-like at all - hefty body - tastes of.gingerbread, baked apples, and grassy hop bitterness - not sure what the hell they were going for, but pils would be my past guess.coming to this.blind.

Tap at Elysian, Seattle, 27/05/13. Clear pale golden with a thin white head. Nose is pale malts, grass, citrus, touch of caramel. Taste comprises cereals, zest of lemon, bready malt, light caramel, grass. Medium bodied, fine lightly spritzy carbonation, crisp and refreshing in the execution. Ok pils.

Draught at Elysian Brewing Company on Pike St.
Blond color, with good head. Quite nice malt and cereals aroma. Decent malt flavor, with good bitterness level.
Quite solid Lager, although missing some better character from hop and malt.

From tap at Church Key. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white and lacing head. Aroma is dry grassy, light malty presence. Smooth light malty and vague citrusy flavoured. Mild bitter and dry into the finish. Simple.

On Tap At Elysian Fields Seattle. Pours out a clear straw topped with a white head. Aroma was of sweet honey and wheat. Taste was some grainy malt, a little floral hop and some fruit sweetness.
