I don’t get any Belgian character out of this beer. Light wheat in the flavor. Filtered yellow appearance. Lightly sweet malt and no perceivable hops. OK palate.

On tap at Bridgeport, Portland. Like a Belgian wit with a bit more tangerine, with a passing nod to a tripel. More bananary esters. Nicelemon. Good wit, full of flavour, but still that clean feel. Flavours are intense too. Lovely

Nice hop tones with lemon and citrus present. Also a bit bready, but still retains a nice sweetness. Well balanced in taste and crisp finish.

Chromate yellow, chill haze; no head. Bit of glue, gassy nose and some pale malts. Slightly toasted notes in the taste above the pale malts, cereals and pineapple-ish retronasal - or is that the contrast with the other beers in this area? Slightly burning MF, but especially very fizzy, oversaturated feel. Strange - another one I don’t dig the intention of. IMO useless, but I seem to be in a minority (WBC medal winner...)

Bottle Pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Thin but persistant lacing. Light grains and slight Belgian yeaty aroma. Flavor was bland and of cooked vegetables. The attempt at the Belgian yeat flavor was subdued and generally plain and unimpressive. Lively carbonation and a cereal flavor finish.
