650 ml bottle. Pours a dark copper with light head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of candied oranges, rubber, and other tropical fruit. Flavors of bitter orange peel, brown sugar candy, toasted malts and resin. Long bitter finish.

Bottle - Tropical fruits and some resin. Clear gold with a rich beige head. Light tropical fruits, big hit of leafy bitterness and a resinous and orange finish. Not bad, but nothing special. I have the feeling fresh this would rate much better.

22oz bottle, poured a translucent dark orange color with a large foamy white head - lots of good lacing on this one. Aroma was nice resin pine, with tart citrus grapefruit notes. Caramel notes, floral notes. Flavor was a nice pine, with juicy citrus notes. Tasty.

Sample at the Tap House Grill in Seattle. Pours a clear amber color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to a film. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, grainy malt and fruit. Medium-bodied with flavors of citrusy hops, biscuit malt and caramel. The finish is hoppy with a lingering citrus aftertaste. Decent all around.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Hazy amber color, creamy head. Deep hop aroma, fruity, caramelly, malty, earthy, with manure. Good bodied; strong caramel flavor, some toffee, and a vein of more roasted malts; only some light fruitiness from the strong hopping; there is a moderate sugar residue; the final is maybe even too bitter. Powerful.

On tap at The Taphouse, pours a clear copper. Aroma of hops, citrus, and caramel malt. Flavour follows, with a dry palate. Quite good.
