Absolutely huge, yellowish, extremely dense & tenacious head over hazy orange-amber beer. Coffee pastilles or Haagse hopjes, chocolate and coffee-flavoured chocolate beans. Bitterish-spicey taste with background toffee and chocolate bar. Some spices as laurel, turmeric or bitter root/bark spices. Bit energy drink-like. Medium bodied, bit aggressive burning mouthfeel. Strange beer. Not bad, but not my cuppa tea. Why African, I don’t know.
