Thanks to Eyedrinkale for sharing this! Gushed from the bottle into the glass like a soda. Huge bubbly head that fell quickly. Strong sour grapefruit aroma. I don’t like Lambics which this beer resembles in many ways. This had the sourness without the heavy funky that I dislike in the Lambics I’ve tried. Tart & Lemony. Maybe a good gateway beer for the Lambic avoiding type. I’d drink another.
