Bottle. Pours pitch black with a small light brown head. Notes of heavy espresso, fruity coffee, malt, chocolate, ash, some umami notes, sweet fruity notes in the back. Nice!

0,15l taster at home courtesy of Powy, big thanks. black color, small coffee colored head. smells strong of coffee, earthy, bit lactic, light molasses. lovely smell. full body, light carbonation, slick moutfeel. tastes of coffee, earthy, light molasses, bit lactic, licorice, some bitter chocolate. finishes medium roasty bitter with notes of coffee, earth and some bitter chocolatey notes. Very nice one, feels just a tad heavy for t his ABV. 8, 4, 8, 3, 16

Creamy beige head stayed on a near black, finely effervescent body. Burnt paper aroma with coal & metallic hints. Medium bodied, creamy & smooth with a tingle on the back & a clean finish. Bitter berries, burnt coal, spice, grape, coffee, chocolate, char grilled & peppery tastes with hoppy tangy finish.

Bottle. Dark brown color, thin coffee foam. Aroma: freshly roasted coffee, a little bird cherry, burnt, roasted. Taste: sweet, coffee, caramel, burnt, slightly brandy and cream, chocolate, excellent cold coffee.

Bottle, 650 ml from Beergium. Shared with rest of the crew. Pours black with off-white to light brown head. Roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, cocoa, moderate sweetness, bitterness in finish, medium+ bodied.

Bottle at tasting. Black pour. Aroma of creamy roasted malt, coffee, licorice and caramel. Taste has sweet mocha coffee, caramel, creamy malt, chocolate and a sweet finish. Solid.
