(Bottle 33 cl) As with most of Harboe’s seasonals it’s hard to determine whether it’s a new beer or just another label beer. Very dark golden, almost amber in colour with a neat, small head. Dry and lightly malty, but not very sweet in spite of the added sugar. Not the world’s most refined beer, but a fairly decent brew. I believe the label won a prize for the best new label in the year of it’s introduction. 290100

Pale, very slightly hazy amber; thin just-yellowish coloured head. Straw, herbal and a smoked, cherry-like liqueur nose. Extremely weird taste: imagine those cola-bottle gummi sweets dissolved in very hopped mineral water. Can’t paint it more eloquently. Overall more bitterish than sweet, until the finish. Quite light bodied, watery. Weird. Not bad, just plain weird. Thanks JL & MK, superb suggestion.

An orange/light amber beer with a very small head. The aroma is very sligth and primarily sweet. The flavor is sweet at first but then turns sour - from the brewing cereal and ends on a too slight not good hop bitterness.
