A 330ml bottle brought in Brittany in 2009 and tasted as one of my different bottles of beers in my home. A amber colour with a white foamy head. aromas of coriander & spice. Taste is less exciting mostly apple. Low bitterness.

Amber to peach, slim white head. End of bottle is more yeast than beer. Woody nose, hardboard, spicey. Acidic, very fresh flowery taste. Some citrus, corresponding to the acidity. Acidity takes a little adstringent edge; dry-out effect. Medium bodied. An interesting, ideosyncratic beer. It makes one curious about its contents, rather than wanting another.
