Im Glas bildet diese leichte Weissbiervariante eine feinporige Schaumkrone über zartgelber Farbe mit schöner, opalisierender Trübung. Die Hirsch Sport Weisse riecht kräftig, aber nicht überbetont nach Banane und ist spritzig und leicht moussierend im Mund. Im Abgang ist dieses fruchtige Bier luftig leicht, aber mit viel Geschmack, der zum Nachtrinken anregt.

Smooth mild beginning. Easy to drink and not as thin as I thought. Sessionable with a mild yeast more in the clove side. Refreshing.

01-08-17 // 500ml bottle. Pours a cloudy orange beer with a solid white head. Very refreshing light hefeweizen, good in taste, mild banana, good carbo.

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a blonde and firm mid-sized foamy head. Mildly banana-fruity aroma with present wheat-character and overly present notes of cloves. Slightly sweet and delicately sour flavour, light bodied with a modest carbonation. Slim malty and moderately wheaty taste with hints of bananas and clovy spice; slick and mildly sweet finish with a banana-fruity tail. Redundant brew. 29.VII.15

Bouteille( Courtesy of Quack-Duck!): Golden, hazy, mid-sized and pretty stable mid-sized white head; pretty clovey-yeasty nose with a wheaty touch; mild to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, thin and tart and fizzy; short watery sweet wheaty and sourish finish. Anyone’s favourite? Not mine…

The bottle looks simple, but good, the beer in the glass is okay. Bit lighter than exspected. Starts very mild, modest yeasty, fruity like banana. Very thin finish. Nothing special!

bottle. Cloudy pale yellow, enormously large head. Yeasty and wheaty, high and lively carbonation. Slightly fruity. Good for refreshing purposes, but lacks the complexity of the other Hirsch-Weizens (of course, also due to the low ABV).

Bottle. Sweet citric-banana and wheat malt aroma. Pale orange-yellow color with small head. Light orange-banana and wheat malt flavor - watery palate. High carbonation. Not bad for a low alcohol Weizen.

(Bottle 50 cl) A "Sport Weisse" is apparently just a lower in alcohol wheat beer. It looks like a regular Weizen but lacks fullness and body. 310304
