Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy golden colored brew with some floating yeast. Lightly parfume-like smell, kind of watery taste and bad combination of sour and caramel.

Bottle. Blonde. Citrus in the herbal spicy aroma. Wheaty sweet citric spicy flavors. Too much spiced and too perfumed to be enjoyable.

Very pale blond with big soapy head. Strong carbonation. Has a watery texture and flavour. Just a light fruity sweetness in the aftertaste.

Blonde session beer which has been brewed once in 2012 apparently, but now revisited for ZBF, not sure if they intend to continue it afterwards. Yellow blonde, misty with greenish hue, thin snow white head; looks a lot like a witbier, if you ask me. Aroma of gooseberry, green apple peel, some herbs, grass, light honeyish touch and of course the typical ’perfume’ of elderberry blossoms, but also a great deal of DMS (cooked cabbage) overpowering the more subtle and more flattering odours. Supple body, restrained applish and berry-like fruitiness, lightly sweetish with sourish touch, quite strongly carbonated, light malt body, ending in a simple grassy hop bitterishness of medium duration. Totally redundant beer - and I passionately hate the sulphuric smell of DMS.

Kräuterartiger Antrunk mit bitteren, etwas trockenen Noten. Wenig aromatisch, zu mild, langweilig. 10/9/8/8//8

Bottle shared. Pours murky golden brown with a small off white head. Aroma of baked beans, veg, floral aspects and citrus. Palate is dominated by baked beans. I can’t stand it,
