(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a big and collapsing frothy white head. Yeasty and moderately wheaty aroma with notes of elderflower, a tinge of citrus, accompanied by mildly spicy hops. Mildly bitter and sour-tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Yeasty wheat character with citrus, elderflower and undefined spicy notes; dry, slightly bitter and sour-fruity finish with spices and a slightly tart edge. Not overly convincing. 03.III.14

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus and Ansjelaah. A bit unclear orange color, small off - white head. Smell malts, sweetish and herbs or spices. Taste malts, herbs or spices, sweetness. Overcarbonated, medium body.

Bottle @ benzai. Slightly hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. Smells malts, herbs, hay, some hops. Tastes malts, herbs. Waaaay to much carbo. Medium body.

Clear pale yellow beer, aery white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma' citrus, very floral, bit sweet, blossoms, green apples, smelly, sewers. MF: way too much carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit spicy, dirty, vegetable soup, citrus, sourish. Aftertaste: sour, lemony, little bitter, spicy, elder flowers.
