F: big frothy, white, good retention. C: deep amber, a little hazy. A: malty, herbal hoppy, hint of fruity, apples, oranges, honey, iron, caramel, yeast. T: malty, caramel, nice herbal grassy citrus hops bitterness on the palate, floral, well balanced with some like sweet-bitter taste, like English bitter style, good, very easy drinkable, 0,33l bottle from beer festival in Brugge.

Pours a clear orange golden color, topped with a medum sized, frothy head, white color. Very spicy aroma with yeasty notes. A bit fruity. Coriander feel most noticeable. Mild taste. Slight bitterness with little yeastiness in the finish. A tad of spices as well with herbal aftertaste. Fairly light and nice.

New Viven beer with dense, frothy, snow white head and orangey amber colour, lightly hazy; pleasant aroma of ripe peaches and pineapples, apple, orange peel, biscuit, pink grapefruit, walnuts, honey and quite a lot of iron. Fruity onset, sweetish with smooth, honeyish and caramelly malt sweet background, slick and highly drinkable; finish has agreeable, citrussy and grassy hop bitterishness. Enjoyable thirst quencher, which reminded me more of an English bitter than a Belgian pale ale (or ’spéciale belge’), in its hop bitterness, lightness and smoothness.
