Mein Boomerang ist ein untergäriges kaltgehopftes Starkbier der Brauart Indian Pale Lager. Die noch sehr junge australische Hopfensorte Vic Secret verleiht dem Bier seine exotisch-fruchtigen Aromen. Intensivste Passionfruchttöne gepaart mit einem malzigen Körper bringen eine hohe Trinkfreude ins Glas und verlangen nach mehr! Dieses Bier ist ein Teil der später beschriebenen Hopfenkreuzfahrtserie.

Little hazy deep ornge beer, big creamy beige head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very intense, fruity, caramel, some vanilla notes, more fruity, some melons, banana mango juice, orange peel. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, malty, pretty bitter, caramel notes, fruity touch, some grapefruit. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, fruity, passion fruit, orange peel, grapefruit, nice stuff going on here!

Bottle. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is grainy, grassy, fatty butter. Taste is caramel, bready, grainy, grassy hops again, some sweet fruits. Fatty oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. A bit too heavy and grainy for me.

Bottle. Cloudy orange, golden cream. Juicy grapefruit, clementine and perfumed peachy aromatics. Medium light body, mellow mouthfeel. Sweet candy/crystal/caramel base, burning bitter resin - mostly covers the aromatic hops notes, bitter grassy citruspeel finish.

Leicht trüb, kaum Perlung, wenig Schaum. In der Nase leichte Frucht. Im Trunk würzig, Malz, aber auch eine alkoholische Note, ohne stark zu sein. Wie ein sehr schwacher Barley Wine, Hustenbonbons. Seltsam.

[ As Nittenauer Mein Boomerang ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay - grass, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, dry grass - hay. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, grass - hay, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160820]

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering 2016, Ulfborg, Day 2. Slightly hazy yellow to light orange color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, wheat, lightly hops, slightly floral, a nice blossomy hoppy finish with a decent bitterness. Quite pleasant.
