Witte Tessel-Aar is een bovengistend Weizenbier van 4.9% Alc.vol. en lichtblond van kleur. De mistige troebeling wordt veroorzaakt door de tarwe-eiwitten. Dit ongefilterde bier heeft een zacht bittere afdronk en is volmondig van smaak. Lekker koel gedronken uit het seizoenglas of de stoere Pull is de Witte Tessel-Aar Weizenbier een zomerse verrassing en een echte dorstlesser.
De smaakbeleving van de Witte Tessel-Aar Weizen is fruitig met tonen van banaan en kruidnagel door de gekozen bijzondere giststam. De volle smaak van tarwe zorgen ervoor dat dit karaktervolle Weizenbier een fris tarwezuurtje heeft. Gist is een van de belangrijkste smaakmakers van dit speciale bier dat gebrouwen is met iets meer tarwemout dan gerstemout.

Donkergeel troebel bier met schuim. Smaak is fruitig, licht zoet en kruidig met iets van citrus, wat koriander en sinaasappel. Gewoon een goed witbier.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is wheat, banana, spicy yeast, some clove, soft citrussy notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bittter. Picking up a little wheaty sourness. Body is a weak medium. Not very convincing.

Slightly hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of phenols, wheat malt, yeast. Taste of banana, herbs, phenols and wheat.

Op tap bij strandtent Hargen. Troebelgele kleur, witte kraag. Licht zuur, citroen, tarwe, licht kruidig, romig. Verfrissend, meer witbier dan Weizen, ik vind t lekker.

Slightly hazy pale golden colour, huge frothy white head, dissipating slowly, 1 cm foam remains, light lacing. Aroma wheat, lemon, yeast, cloves. Taste medium sweet, light bitter notes, and some citrusy acidity, wheat, lemon, yeast, continues in the aftertaste, medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Refreshing, nice effort.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty malty and yeasty fruity aroma, notes of banana, a touch of clove. Taste is rather dry, wheaty malty, very subtle sweetness, yeasty fruity hints of banana, a touch of yellow apple, clove. Minimally creamy texture, indifferent palate, minimally prickly carbonation. More Hefeweizen than Wit to me.

Thuis uit een flesje, gekocht in Den Hoorn op Texel. Troebel geel, veel wit schuim. Banaan in aroma en smaak, een prima weizen.
