De Gooische doppelbock wordt gebrouwen met geroosterde boekweit (kasja), het traditionele gewas uit ’t Gooi. Daarmee is het dus eigenlijk een Buchweizendoppelbock met een traditionele naam: Präsentator, een ode aan ‘Hilversum Mediastad’.

33cl Fles, dank Chris! Donkerbruine kleur, beige kraag. Moutig, donker fruit, caramel, geroosterde mout, hint van chocolade, bitterzoete fruitige finish. Medium body. Degelijke klassieke Bock.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Culemborg.
Murky reddish brown with an off-white head. Malty caramel aroma with some dried fruits. Sweet taste with a sweet finish.

Bottle, ugly brown color, cloudy. Red berries, mint, caramel, floral notes in the sweet flavor, Thin.

Bottle at home. Autumnal reddish color, decent sized off-white to beige head. Aroma is malts, sweetish, a hint of dark / red fruit. Flavor is malts, again sweet, I'm also reminded of some sort of red fruit, but maybe cooked and made into jam or so. Somewhat sticky texture. Decent to medium body, average carbonation. Ok.
