Can from Tesco. Hazy golden body with a thick white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of bubblegum, chalk and lime. Flavour of straw, salted bread and lemon. Medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. Rustic and lemony.

Can at home. Poured well and looks good, but this is a saison for the masses. A saison with the taste and texture turned down to 1. Not really worth it.

I could say that it is an original one better that the IPA version, fruity, original hop, giving notes of tea, malt, nice color, 31.05.2017, enjoying it at Prélaz, Lausanne, buying it at one ex beer shop Paris, rue de Charonne.

Draft at waterfront ale house manhattan. Poured gold. I actualy didn’t know what the heck this was when I was drinking it. Anyway, it’s a saison apparently, but it tastes more like a combination of a pale ale and a weizen, if that makes any sense.

Loose white head on a clear pale golden coloured body.
Zesty citrus & medicinal aroma.
Medium bodied, lightly carbonated with a cloying back.
Citrus, zesty, herbal, white wine & earthy tastes with a peppery finish.
Clean, fresh & very tasty.

Bottle. Cloudy gold in color with a foamy three finger head. Citrusy in aroma and in taste. A nice beer.

Bottle at volo.
Clear golden pour, big frothy head. Light funky, hoppy aroma. Some citrus, pine, fresh cut grass, and yeast. Carb was a little over the top. Finish was light on the bitterness and had a wonderful peppery finish like a good sasion should have. The sorachi hops added a welcome piney, citrus mix that was really nice. A great saison.

Aroma of straw, fruits, bubble gum, spicy peppery yeast, perfumed notes, hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and light tart. Finish is dry and elegantly bittersweet. The use of champagne yeast makes this quite a different and unique Saison.
