Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano impressioni di fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è normale, con persistenza sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta i segni di miele, erba, agrumi, mango e ananas.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is tartish mango and passion fruit with light bready grainy malt. Flavour is mild sweetish with a little tartness and low bitterness. Body is light. Pretty drinkable mango beer, but simple, could have used some bittering hops.

Bottle at home. Clear light golden color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, wheat, some mango I guess, light fruitpeel notes which also brings a hint of fruitpeel tart. Average body and carbonation. Mwah.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een troebel oranje bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een fruitige en zoete geur. De smaak is mango achtig met een hop bittertje in de afdronk.

Bottle 33 cl. BHazy golden with a smallish white head. Nose has yeast and some passion fruit. light, fruity - again the passionfruit comes through, and again there's an odd yeasty note. Vague tartness too. Ends dry without much bitterness. 071218

Bière 33 cl issue du Beery Christmas 2019. Jolie couleur blonde à reflets dorés et mousse peu abondante. En bouche, peu de goût, un coté céréales vague et une amertume assez développée en fin de bouche, notes tropicales tardives, forte carbonatation et pointe d'acidité. Décevante par rapport à beaucoup d'autres Ninkasi , brasserie que j'apprécie généralement. Vie bue, vite oubliée!
