Bottle split at Level 42, from Khioskh CPH, 16/08/16. Hazed orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is funky apricot, hay bale, peach must, wine barrel, funk, tarte citric rinds, light acidic nip. Taste comprises sharp apricots, pissoi, light peach yoghurt, funk, balsa wood, pissy citrics. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with an acidic bite and light puckerama. Solid sour, great depth of flavour when the ABV is taken into account.

Bottle big thank to Cloin. It pours cloudy bright gold with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, dirty, sweet, juicy, apricot, peach, nectarine, barnyard, must and sherbet. The taste is crisp, clean tart, bright, almost harsh acidity, lemon sherbet, grapefruit, white grape skin, apricot with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Punchy stuff, especially considering the abv. Good juan.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Cloin. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. Rich tart citrus in the nose, hints of vinegar, lemon, light funk. Light sweet flavour with strong citric bite, a bit of burn, sweat, lemon, some citrus peel. Light bodied with massaging carbonation, strongly acidic on the finish, with more lemon, salty sweat. Good stuff.
