Robust red-brown ale full of hoppy/ spicy flavours, ’Native Storm’ has a refreshing mouthfeel complemented by a powerful presense of fresh hoppy aromas. The complex range of ingredients coupled with a long dry hop finish result in a delicious and moreish Welsh ale.’

Metallic and quite nutty with some bitter UK hops upfront. Quite nutty finish, lingers...... Medium bitterness, would be a great session ale. I agree with the bottle description that this is a brown ale, not a golden.

Gyllen brun farge med ok skum. Lukter humle, noe sitrus. Smaker litt fruktig og avslutter med medium bitterhet.

From bottle at a tasting @ Bor’s, with Borresteijn, Zlotta, Markoijelena, Adamnowek, Skortila, MarcodL and Harmen. Hazy golden color. Off white head, not much. Aroma’s: sweetish, citrus, honey, lemon. Retronasal it’s much more bitter, citrus, herbs. Flavor is moderate bitter, herbal, light sweet. Light bodied. Finishes herbal and rather bitter.

Sampled from 0.5 l bottle at Borresteijn’s place, best before January 2016. Slightly hazy, golden amber with a tan head. Fruity, a little herbal aroma of lemon peel, lime, some ginger and straw. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity and a little herbal taste of straw, lemon peel, grapefruit and ginger, followed by a short, slightly herbal-bitter finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite okay.
