500 ml bottle. Murky dark brown with a creamy head. Smoked salmon, candy sugar, caramel, toffee, smoked ham, some dry citrusy notes, earthy notes. Smoky umami, malty sweetness, dry zesty bitterness. Medium to full bodied, oily tex, lively to soft carbonated, malty roasty dry bittersweet finish. Nice Rauchbock, subtle smoke, not that boozy, the 6.7 abv are hardly noticeable, superbly drinkable!

Deep brown colour, beige foam. Nose of smoked malts, caramel, some toast, bacon, light irony. When warming up it became a very well balanced Rauchbier. Great! More subtle than the Eiche Doppelbock.
