Bottled, thanks Bov! Lightly hazy copper colour. Aroma of yellow plums. Sweet and fruity, medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. A light touch of grass and ash. Short salty bitterness. Comparable to Anchor Steam.

Bottled (BB 11/2006)
Dark amber color, huge cloudy brownish head, lace. Slightly herbal, grassy nose. Light to medium-bodied. Graperuit bitterness is mixed with fruity and yeasty notes. Hops raise nicely in the aftertaste. This is a pilsener here in RB, but I would say that this is more like an ale, bitter maybe.

Bottled (thanks Bov!). Golden/copper mixed colour with huge fluffy white head. Aroma is herbs, cooked vegetables and slight fruits. Flavour is strong grassy hops with a finish of herbs. Very bitter, not a pilsener or IPA, but as Bov says, very hard to categorize. I would say bitter or vienna...
