Effectively 2 different experiences with this - my first Dominican Republic beer, drunk in country at a high end all-inclusive resort, straight from the can looking out on a patio pool and spectacular grounds: close to nectar. The beer itself however was average, sampled multiple times througout the holiday - poured clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head and a subtle straw aroma, with hints of sweetcorn. Fizzy and cold, hints of light sweet malt, maybe some hops, but not a lot going on

355ml can. Clear, orange, golden colour with small to average, frothy, rapidly diminishing, white head. Grainy, bready, malty aroma, a touch of maize and rice, whiffs of red and yellow apple. Taste is sweet-ish, grainy, minimally bready malty, hints of maize and rice, a fruity touch of red and yellow apple. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
