330ml bottle. Hazy, orangey, bright golden colour with average to huge, thick, firm, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Sweet-ish muesli aroma, notes of yellow stone fruit, dried yellow stone fruit, a cereal touch, predominating apricot flavours. Taste is slightly dry hoppy, yeasty fruity, minimally grainy malty with a muesli / cereal touch, hints of yellow stone fruit, especially apricot, a touch of mandarine; well hidden alcohol, slightly prickly carbonation. Good.

30 April 2019. At Dirk's First Home-made Beer Tasting. Cheers to all! Pours clear golden with a lasting, thick, frothy, white head. Aroma of pineapple, apple peel, yeast, grass, herbs, perfume, clove. Taste is medium fruity sweet, notes of apple & pineapple with perfumey & honeyish touches, bready & yeasty character, spicy bitter clove & grass leading to a dryish, earthy hoppy finish where yeast, spices, perfume & warming gin-like alcohol linger. Medium body, creamy texture, fizzy carbonation. Agreeable in all aspects.

A golden beer, a head is big and blond. Aroma has fruitness of perry, spicyness. Simple but good aroma. Taste has fruitness, perry, some sweetness of honey and peppery spicyness. Medium bodied, high carbonation. Basic and succesfully brewing, good beer.

Hazy golden, white froth. Fruity, malty, slightly phenolic aroma with orange and yeasty notes. Smooth, mellow mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet citrus and malt, turning into a bitter finish.
