Ein Bier wie damals: Für unser Retro haben wir wilde Hefe aus den 70er Jahren rekultiviert. In Kombination mit dem obergärigen Brauverfahren ergibt das einen süffig-leichten Geschmack, der an vergangene Zeiten erinnert.

Muffiger, dumpf süß-hopfiger Beginn. Geringe Würzigkeit, wenig herb, sehr langweilig. Dumpf süßlich bleibend, kurzer Nachhall. Meh. 7/5/6/5/7/5

Bottle. Pours clear golden with a big head, bit it is short lived. Aroma is hay, strong pale malts, light corn syrup. Body is light, mostly lively carbonation. Watery, but lightly sweet. Soft bitterness. Thin. Palate is rather dry, watery, malty. They claim there is an older yeast used, but I can’t find it.
