This beer is original for the style, fruity, plum, apricot, cynammon, a bit sour, malty, the taste is really particular, alcool well hidden. 28.01.2018, drinking it on the train.

0.375 l bottle from Switzerland, thanx to my GF. Pours deep golden with thin, quickly disappearing head. Nose is vivid fruity and floral notes with a touch of yeast and slight alcohol. Taste is just like the aroma, but even more prominent and wel-rounded. Closes with pleasant, long lasting and lingering sweet and warm alcohol. Medium to heavy body, average carbo. Awesome tripel in every aspect.

Bottled@Björntasting 2018. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some yeasty and mild herbal tones. Flavour is nectar, dry wood, some yeasty and mild floral and fruity tones. Not at all my kind of a Tripel...

ABV: 10.0%. Clear medium to light amber (orange) colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast, fruity yeast, light orange peel - coriander. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity yeast, sweet yeast, sweet malt, pale malt, rich, light orange peel - coriander - spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20200408]

Bottle @ Corona Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, wheat malt, hops, fruits and flowers and has a nice fruity finish.

Bottled. Hazy golden, small head. Rich aroma of pineapple and grass. Mid sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Peppery pineapple, fruity with some grass. Warming finish.
