Can shared in Watford - big thanks to Tipple via Dave. Pours crystal yellow with a creamy white head. Lightly sweet, a bit papery, some straw, white bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Dry finish, papery, more simple dry white bread. Very basic overall.

Sampled as Appenzell Quöllfrisch Small if reasonably stable white head over clear golden beer. Sulphury, grains, peanuts. Soft-sweetish, rainwater, pale soft-sweet malts, wheatgrains straight from the helm. Rainwater quality, obviously very soft water used, light body, some refreshing qualities, medium to good carbonation. The name refers to the water, and it is proven in the tasting. But as to the rest... Thanks to Joren for bringing!

Green twist top 33cl bottle from Beers of Europe: BB 28th February 2022. Drank at home on 29th September 2021. Clean and clear golden body, snow white head. Aroma of rice, corn and other grain like 'stuff'. Oh dear it also tastes of rice, corn and other grainy 'stuff'. This isn't a nice beer at all.

Bottle, online from Beers of Europe. Pours light golden with a small, diminishing head. Aroma: light malty, light sweet, faint bread and light cardboard. Taste: light sweet with low bitterness, vaguely malty, faint bread, a little metallic. Light body with low carbonation. So dull & flavourless

Bottle. Clear golden, smaller white head, not so lasting. Mild malty nose, slighty fruitiness to it (apple, pear) - mild. Medium sweet with medium bitterness. A bit thin on the body. Sweeter aftertaste, a bit too sweet altogether.
