33cl can from monop' BORDEAUX STE CATHERINE. Head is big medium, white, good retention. Colour is shiny gold, hazy. Aroma is grapefruits, tropical fruits, mango, bit spicy, very nice hoppy. Taste is medium to full malty base, grapefruits, tangerine, mango, pineapple, nice balanced harmonic bitterness, medium carbonation, very good for the style, enjoyed for sure.

Gekauft bei Beer Trotter in Bordeaux. Dose. Helles trübes Gelb, 1 cm breiter fester Schaum. Aroma: Sehr stark und fruchtig. Pfirsich, Mango, Aprikose. Geschmack: Mittlere Süße, Bitter, erdig, fruchtig, Koriander. Gut abgestimmt. leicht cremig.

Je m'attendais à mieux sur cette American IPA de la brasserie Azimut. Globalement, celle-ci est plutôt sympathique avec une amertume à 65 d'IBU saillante. Mais c'est du côté aromatique que cela pêche avec une base aromatique peu développée. Le visuel est sur un blond quasi limpide avec de fines bulle set une mousse blanche abondante. Le nez est agréable sur la fraise, l'orange et la framboise avec un léger caramel. A la dégustation, si l'amertume relativement tranchante est appréciable, les arômes sont relativement peu développés et sans complexité. De légères épices sont toutefois apparaissent toutefois. Cela se confirme en seconde bouche avec de surcroît une petite astringence. L'alcool, à 6,5 % est quant à lui plutôt efficace. Si l'arrière-bouche présente une amertume encore plus vive, le final est quelque peu discret, sur une amertume simple. Manque d'épaisseur.

ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to light heavy hoppy, citrus, zesty, fruity hops, light grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a average to long duration, zesty, fruity, fruit peel, pale malt, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200722]

Bottle. Pours unclear amber. Aroma is tropicla and citric hops. Body is medium and a bit watery, lowish sweetness, strongly bitter though. One-sided. Hops burn, too thin. Okay

Bottle from Cikoko: pours light copper with a white head. Aroma is citrus, crackers, malt backbone, but this beer is not as fresh as it should be, as it took my friends too long to deliver this to me... taste is biscuity and lightly fruity. The age definitely is noticeable. Pretty light. Moderate bitterness.
