Draft at Sofia’s best pizza joint. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of herbal hops, green weeds and light citrus. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation.

ABV: 4.5%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, flowers - perfume, grass, minerals. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, minerals, pale malt, sweet malt, flowers - grass, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20200301]
