Tap in Genova. Hazy yellow color fine white head. Flavor solid malts, bready, white flour, some yeast/dough, herbal notes for a moderate bitterness. Quite drinkable.

Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano impressioni di orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida si presenta limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale, con durata sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Al palato finiscono sentori di miele, pane, cereali, erba e agrumi.

4 September 2020. At Little Italy, Verona. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear yellow with a slowly dissipating, frothy, white head. Aroma of grain, yeast, breadcrust, apple peel, wheat. Taste has sweet maltiness of bread & apple, some sour wheat, yeasty base with low bitterness. Ends grainy, yeasty, bit grassy hoppy, mostly bready. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Bit too plain.

Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow. Aroma is grains, butter, paperboard. Body is light and grainy, bready, crumbs, and carbonation. Not much else. Very homebrew-y, not in a good way.

From 50cl bottle, with a beautiful print picturing Napoli on the label. Pours fairly transparent blonde with fine white foam. Aroma is light: bready and a little herbaceous. Body is light and highly carbonated. Taste has some sweetness initially, but marked bitterness as you go by. Finish is relatively long and bitter.
