Bottled 500ml. -from De Bierliefhebber. Unclear orange/golden coloured, small white head, sourish peachy nose. Fruity and peachy taste with mild acetic and spicy notes. Slightly cheesy as well. Pleasant surprise.

Tasting at Tide's Cloudy golden with quickly disappearing white head. Tart with citrus, peach, ripe stone fruit and wet oak. A bit yeasty, but really nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Fruity, funky aroma, notes of peach, yellow stone fruit in general, indeed hints of blue-veined cheese. Taste is tart, fruity, tangy and slightly funky, notes of yellow stone fruit, fruit acid, cheese cake, a touch of white pepper; spicy blue mould finish. Very interesting - not overly complex, but the Roqueforti usage works really well.
