2/4/2021. Bottle from LowCostBeer.com. Pours clear pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, banana, wheat, grain, herb, clove, yeast. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, quite fizzy. Weak sweet finish. Ok.

Bottle picked up from Beyond Beer, Hamburg Webshop and consumed during BeerwithNat Beer school, Thursday 18th February 2021, we had Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas with homemade Beer Batter and homemade Tartare Sauce. Medium body, mid to high carbonation, abv moderate, some light sweetness lingers, good clarity, light pale straw/gold, pretty good, soft carbonation, wheatiness throughout, good. A touch of farmyard cattle feed on the nose.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - pale yellow with a very slight shade. Nice, lacy head. Nose - crystallized lemon and pineapple. Bread and light spice. Taste - more bread and crystallized lemon. Palate - tangy, and light to medium bodied. Dry tangy finish. Overall - good example of the style.
