330 ml bottle. Pours quite black, very thin brownish head. Aroma has some booze, liquor chocolate candy, green apple. Taste is vinous, has dark fruits, some booze kick, a little bit of roast at the end. Aftertaste is rather long, chocolaty bitterness, cocoa lingers for a while. It is boozy but not sure if that also means powerful. Not bad though, would have wanted maybe a thicker body and more roast, Well, stlll good.

33 cl bottle from my mate Ville (non-ratebeer), brought from Estonia, sampled in Eindhoven on December 13, 2014.BB 18/02/2019.Clear dark brown to black color, light brown head. Sweet, malty, rich, vanilla, toasty taste. Roasted aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, medium low bitterness. Sweet, malty, dark fruits scent.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch 011 - BB 19/02/2019, bought from Drink Baar, 20141206) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, liquorice and ash. Palate was full bodied, warming and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were liquorice, burnt malts, smoke, saltiness, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was ashy, burnt and bitter. A little bit too burnt brew but still a good one.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ Pre-Borefts Ratebeer Gathering ] @ ABCBeers, Korte Koediefstraat 5, The Hague, Netherlands 2511CE. [ As Õllenaut Wahtula ].Unclear dark black brown color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, caramel, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolade, caramel, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140925]

Bottle at the ABC Beers pre Borefts tasting, Den Haag. Poured a murky dark brown with a whispy off white head. The aroma is roasted malt, saccharin. The flavour is strong bitter with a big malt, alcoholic liqourice bitter, light caramel palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at the Pre-Borefts Tasting. Pours hazy dark brown with a ring tan head. Aroma of raisins, caramel, overripe dark fruit, chocolate, roast, malt. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Over medium bodied with light carbonation.

Dark opaque brown color, small beige head. Milky, coffeish, cocoa aroma. Medium to full-bodied. Very hoppy, roasted, salty, lots of alcohol. Decent impy from new Estonian brewery but has room for improvment.

Bottled@PBF IX. Deep ambery brown colour, small beige head. Aroma is liquorice, alcohol, some yeast and mild spices. Flavour is quite similar and actually mellows out a bit with the yeast in.

Pours pitch black with a smooth head. Aroma of chocolate, roasty malts, coffee, grassy hops and fruits. Taste is grassy, roasty and chocolatey with some licorice and fruits. Finish is salty, roasty and grassy with some licorice, chocolate and coffee. Quite hoppy and pretty tasty imperial stout.
