Bottle shared at home. Clear golden with fluffy white head. Sweet and dry apples. Fluffy moldy funk, blue cheesy and woody. Soft apple sauce with moldy cork and oaky woodiness. Bottle shared at and thanks to sjogro. Clear golden with short lasting fizzy white head. Light cheesy, dry apple, soft tannins, apple juice but some pear too, soft dry cellar funk, dry mineral funk, mushrooms. Light sweet, tart and bitter. Medium bodied with quite some fizzy carbonation and solid medium dry finish.

Clear golden with a small off white head. Aroma of funk, moldy notes, red apple, woody notes and apple core. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate sour. Medium bodied with light moderate carbonation.
