Chinook is vastly underrated as a hop varietal these days. One of the big daddies of the craft brewing revolution; its piney and resinous characteristics sing to the moon and back all things old school. We wanted to pay homage to the beers we grew up drinking, whilst retaining that characteristic Polly's new school haziness. With a new school fruit salad of pear, watermelon and stone fruits mellowing out the old school bitterness, this is a beer that celebrates heritage whilst keeping its eyes firmly fixed on the present.

Can at home .... I love Ben Stokes 💕, 25/08/19. Murky orange golden with a decent off white cap. Nose is bitter orange, citric tinged straw, grass, pine needle, papaya, trace of Um Bongo. Taste comprises orange pith, grass, toasted grains, melon, light weed. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy to weedy hop bitterness. Decent enough pale.
